TEST BEFORE PAYMENT
You can inspect and test your device upon delivery before making payment. We believe in transparency and customer confidence, so you have the opportunity to verify that the device matches the advertised specifications and condition before completing your purchase.
WARRANTY COVERAGE
All devices include a 3-month warranty covering manufacturing defects and hardware-related issues. The warranty does not cover physical damage, liquid damage, electrical surges, misuse, or any damage caused by external factors.
BATTERY POLICY
Every device is tested before sale, including battery performance. Since battery life naturally varies depending on device age and previous usage, actual runtime may differ from one device to another.
OPENBOX DEVICES
Our OpenBox devices are not randomly used devices purchased from individuals and resold. We source them directly from companies and trusted suppliers. These devices are often display units, overstock inventory, or previously opened products that have not been subject to random consumer use.
Every device undergoes thorough inspection and testing to verify hardware functionality, performance, and overall condition before being offered for sale. This allows us to provide reliable devices with excellent value for money.
DELIVERY & PICKUP
We offer delivery across Lebanon as well as pickup options when available. Customers can inspect and test their devices before completing payment to ensure satisfaction and peace of mind.

We make every effort to provide accurate specifications, clear descriptions, and real product photos whenever possible. Customers are encouraged to review all details carefully before placing an order to ensure the product meets their requirements.
